Shielded spring wire is a device connection wire that works by utilizing stretchability. It is usually made by winding TPU cables. 1.Spring wire diameter d: the diameter of the cable used to manufacture shielded spring wire;
2.Outer diameter of shielded spring wire D: maximum outer diameter of shielded spring wire;
3.Inner diameter D1 of shielded spring wire: the minimum outer diameter of shielded spring wire;
4.Shielding spring wire length L: the static length of the shielding spring wire under no external force;
5.Working length L0 of shielded spring wire: dynamic length of shielded spring wire under external force sitting down;
6.Shielding spring wire deployment length A: the total length of the straight line required to wrap the shielding spring wire;
7.The tail length of the shielded spring wire is represented by L1 and L2 at both ends respectively;
